Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2025

Overview

Vortex collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no forms, and no databases. The site is entirely static — just HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files served as-is.

Short version: We don't track you. We don't know who you are. We don't want to.

What We Don't Collect

Third-Party Links

When you click a game, you are leaving Vortex and visiting a third-party website. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may collect data, use cookies, or run analytics. Vortex has no control over this and is not responsible for third-party data practices.

The game player tab uses a blob: URL, which means no referrer information is sent to the game server. This is a technical measure to help the games load on restricted networks — not a privacy feature — but it does have the side effect of not telling game servers where you came from.

External Resources

Vortex loads the following from external CDNs:

These CDNs may log standard access information (IP, user agent, requested file). This is standard CDN behavior and is outside Vortex's control. If you're concerned, you can block these domains — the site will still function, just without the custom font and icons.

Children's Privacy

Vortex does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected at all, COPPA and similar regulations are not applicable.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Given the nature of the site (no data collection), meaningful changes are unlikely.

Contact

If you have questions about this policy, you can reach out through any of the game community channels linked on the info page. There is no dedicated Vortex contact email at this time.
